Joe Salinas has worn many hats; from working in the Texas prison system to driving for UPS and playing music in multiple Austin based bands. Working full time, playing music and living life in the fast lane brought him to realize he needed to make some big changes in his life.

After getting sober Joe was inspired to start a new adventure in photography & film. He decided to leave his base in Austin, Texas and started travel with his cameras.

​

Since then he has become a sponsored artist with Black Magic Design as well as a featured artist with Van's.

​

Joe has worked with many artists including: J Mascis, Tim Kerr, Jason Lytle, Grandaddy, Spiral Stairs, Pavement, Ice-T, Childish Gambino, Alejandro Escovedo, Mineral, Chris Simpson, The Seratones, My Golden Calf, Conrad the Band, Jawbreaker, Ricky Espinoza, and Long River Music.
